Custom Orders - At the time of order of your custom saddle, we require a $1200 deposit (nonrefundable). We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Paypal, Venmo, cash and checks. The time from placing your order for a custom saddle to completion can take 6-8 months. The balance (including shipping if applicable) will be required once the saddle is complete.
Shipping - All products are shipped either by USPS Priority Mail or UPS. Most stock products are shipped within 1-2 days of order placed. Custom orders and products that are not in stock will take longer to ship. If you are questioning how long it may take to receive your order, please call or email us.
Return policy (except chaps) - Please call before returning a product. Prior approval must be given before merchandise is returned. Only defective or mis-shipped merchandise will be given full credit (minus original shipping) or replaced. We must be notified within 14 days of original shipment and approval must be given to accept the return. Freight must be prepaid on all returns. Any merchandise not defective or mis-shipped will be charged a 20% restocking fee. Packing slip or receipt must accompany any returns. Refund is only paid in the form original payment was made. Used saddles are sold as is, and are not returnable.
In addition to the return policy, exchanges may only be made on CUSTOM ITEMS. No credit or refund will be given on CUSTOM ORDERS. If you are not satisfied with your custom order, you must contact us within 14 days of receiving your item. We will evaluate the situation and offer you a resolution.
Chap Return Policy - Call if you need help with measurements, All chap sales are final. No cash refunds. If your chaps do not fit, call and we may be able to exchange them. Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. Workmanship is guaranteed. Leather may change colors or become discolored with use.
We will guarantee any defects in workmanship or materials according to the manufacturer's warranty. Handmade products by DW DIXON SADDLES are guaranteed for normal wear and tear for the reasonable life of the product.
