Chap Styles
Shotguns Chaps
Shotguns feature a straight leg fit. The will fit the same throughout the leg. Shotguns can be expanded by an 1.5", by replacing the zipper piece in the alternate slots. Shotguns are typically lighter than bells or hybrids. The can come with or without fringe and pockets. Typically, they have a string in front but it can be changed to a front belt upon request. They are a timeless, classic style of chaps, that are versatile for all uses.
Arizona Step-In Bells
Arizona Step-In bells are a full step-in. They will be fitted in the thigh and bell out at the knee. Inside they will end mid-calf, this will allow for more leg movement when you are in the saddles. They can come with or without fringe & pockets. Typically they come with a string in front, but it can be changed upon request to a belt. Bells are typically firmer and heavier than shotguns, but it depends on the leather.
Hybrid Chaps
Hybrid Leggins are the perfect combination of a shotgun & a bell. They feature partial zippers, that you step-in at the top. They have a small, square bell at the bottom, but are more fitted than the AZ Bells in the leg. The best of both worlds! These only come with fringe. They typically come with a pocket and a front string, but it can be changed upon request.
